Shipping information
Our processing time is 1-2 days before your order is shipped. We're based in the Netherlands, and unfortunately, we do not provide tracking due to high costs. Rest assured, though – your order will always arrive.
EU Orders: Delivery within the EU typically takes 3 to 12 days. Orders within the Netherlands usually arrive 1-2 days after shipping.
Outside the EU: Most international orders will be delivered within 1 week, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Returns
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
